I usually did not get up in time to get dressed and go to breakfast. When I was late I did get a Yogurt and a muffin. Plenty of parking and generally in good condition.

See first question - we never got past the desk. I have reported the situation to Wyndham corporate. I walked in - the place looked like it was under construction. There was a note on the counter to pick up the phone and call if no one was at the desk. There was another note stating the pool and spa were closed due to remodeling. Everything was dusty as if they had sanded grout. Also - there was not one car in the parking lot -- creepy! I picked up the phone and dialed. A woman answered - told me to come in and use the phone and someone would come out.... I told her that is how I got her. She seemed a bit agitated, but said she would be out. When she came out, I asked if the hotel was open since there were no cars and I knew they were remodeling because of the sign about the pool. She said they were open - then got edgy with me. Told me she was cancelling my reservation because there is no way we would be happy. After all, I had questioned why there were no others there and mentioned the pool was closed. I told her that it was late -- almost 11 p.m. and all my hubby and I wanted to do was sleep. She insisted she was cancelling the reservation -- then said it is now cancelled. I said I hope there is no charge. She said she did not know about that. Then she went back on the computer and announced ... there, there is no charge. I asked if there were any other hotels in the area she could refer me to. She said AmeriInn, but then noted that their pool was not open either. Unreal --- I mentioned that some hotels would put on their website things like "due to our remodeling to serve you better, some amenities may not be available, i.e., pool, spa" Her response was that there is no way they would put anything like that on the website.

nothing I called twice to make sure the pool was open because my grandkids were coming to visit. when we got there they told me the pool was closed. Had to find somewhere else to stay last minute.
